How the sale works
Making an offer
Sending an offer through this page is an enquiry, not a contract. Nothing is charged, and you are not committed to buying. We read every offer and reply by email, normally within one business day.
Agreeing a price
If your offer works for us we will say so and confirm the price in writing. If it does not, we will usually tell you what would. You are free to walk away at any point before a sale agreement is in place.
Payment and transfer
Ownership is transferred through a secure escrow service. No payment is released until the domain is in your account.
Transfers normally complete within one to five working days, depending on the registrar and whether the domain is locked after a recent change.
What you are buying
The sale covers the domain name itself: the registration and the right to renew it. It does not include a website, email hosting, trademarks, or any content that previously appeared at this address.
Your details
The name, email address and any message you send are stored so we can reply to you and keep a record of the negotiation. We do not sell them or use them for unrelated marketing.
